Why the fill line matters
Roll-off trucks need to tarp/secure and haul safely. Material sticking above the rim can make a load non-compliant for transport until you restack. “One more door” is the most expensive free advice on job sites. It is usually not free in time.
Weight is not the same as volume
A bin half full of wet debris or mineral waste can outweigh a bin full of household junk. That is why booking conversations ask about material type. Bin sizes are approximate: 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards (see trash bins). Concrete and dirt each need their own 10 or 12-yard bin.
