Week-before planning
Walk the driveway or pad with delivery day in mind.
Decide what is trash vs donate vs keep. DIY bins are for discard, not storage.
Separate problem items early: fuels, chemicals, pressurized tanks, many electronics, and other special-handling materials. Use electronics and what-not-to-put resources when planning boundaries.
Book helpers if you need them (friends, movers, or contractors), because Trash King does not provide loading labour.
If strata or shared driveway rules apply, get clarity in writing from the right authority. TK does not apply for permits.
Day-of delivery
Keep the drop zone clear of cars and toys.
Be reachable by phone for access questions.
Confirm the bin placement before the truck leaves if you are on site.
During the rental window
Load heavy items low and balanced.
Break down bulky pieces.

Do not treat the bin as a long-term shed.
