Medical clinic refreshes create cabinetry, privacy screens and flooring. Confirm biomedical and sharps paths before any contractor bin.
Clinic refresh streams

Medical clinic cabinetry, privacy screens and flooring refreshes create millwork and flooring waste. Biomedical and sharps stay on specialized paths and never go in a Trash King bin.
Cabinetry and screens
Metal frames can go to scrap. Laminate casework is mixed junk. Flooring follows material rules for vinyl, carpet or tile.
After medical wastes are cleared
Only construction debris cleared of biomedical streams may use a junk bin. Ask when booking about loading docks.
When a bin fits
We place the bin, you fill it, and we take it away when you call. For most jobs, the 20-yard junk bin is the place to start. We also have a 15-yard bin, but it is often sold out, so ask when you book.
You do not need a permit for a bin on your driveway or yard. Some cities do need a permit for the street, boulevard or lane, so ask your City before booking. If you get dates, we will match delivery to them.
Do not load batteries, electronics, propane tanks, paint, solvents, pharmaceuticals or asbestos into a junk bin. Asbestos is never permitted in any Trash King bin. Search Metro Vancouver Recycles or call 604-732-9253 if you are unsure.
Standing limits are on our disposal bins and what not to put in a bin pages. City pages such as Surrey or Abbotsford help when your job sits in those cities.
