Stairs, decking and guardrails come out in a clear order, so pull the steel first and keep the wood in its own pile.

Metal vs wood decks

Guardrails and steel go to scrap. Wood decks follow clean wood rules only when unfinished and accepted.

Stair stringers and dust

Long stringers need level loading. Mixed residue rides in a junk bin after scrap pulls.

When a bin fits

We handle the drop off and haul away. You load the bin. We usually start people on the 20-yard junk bin. We also have a 15-yard bin, but it is often sold out, so ask when you book.

Putting the bin on your driveway or yard needs no permit. On the street, boulevard or lane, some cities require a permit, so check with your City before booking. If a permit applies, send us the dates and we will time delivery.

Do not load batteries, electronics, propane tanks, paint, solvents, pharmaceuticals or asbestos into a junk bin. Asbestos is never permitted in any Trash King bin. Search Metro Vancouver Recycles or call 604-732-9253 if you are unsure.

Standing limits are on our disposal bins and what not to put in a bin pages. City pages such as Surrey or Abbotsford help when your job sits in those cities.
