Tenant fit out strips remove partitions, carpet tile, casework and ceiling grid. Pre 1990 suites may need asbestos testing before tear out.

Sort commercial streams

Metal studs go to scrap. Carpet tile usually goes in the junk bin. Ceiling tiles in older suites may contain asbestos, so have them tested before tear out and keep any asbestos out of the bin. Electronics follow the EPRA program, and lamps and light fixtures go to a Product Care lighting drop off.

Loading bay timing

Book driveway or loading bay windows the landlord allows. Ask when booking about night hauls if bylaws allow.

When a bin fits

We deliver the bin. You load it, and we haul it away. Most jobs start with our 20-yard junk bin. We also have a 15-yard bin, but it is often sold out, so ask when you book.

You do not need a permit for a bin on your driveway or yard. Some cities do need a permit for the street, boulevard or lane, so ask your City before booking. If you get dates, we will match delivery to them.

A junk bin is the wrong place for batteries, electronics, propane tanks, paint, solvents, pharmaceuticals or asbestos. Asbestos is never permitted in any Trash King bin. Search Metro Vancouver Recycles or call 604-732-9253 if you are unsure.

Standing limits are on our disposal bins and what not to put in a bin pages. City pages such as Surrey or Abbotsford help when your job sits in those cities.
