Clusters and lockers are mostly metal with locks and sometimes electronics. Metal bodies go to scrap once locks are out. Smart locker boards go to an electronics depot.

Remove lock cylinders and any leftover mail before scrap. A broken concrete pad goes in a heavy bin.

Strata loading rules

Many strata councils set rules for bin placement and loading times. Check with yours before you book. Send us the dates and we will time delivery.

When a bin fits

We deliver the bin and haul it away. You do the loading. Our 20-yard junk bin is the usual place to start. We also have a 15-yard bin, but it is often sold out, so ask when you book.

Your driveway or yard needs no permit for the bin. Some cities require a permit for the street, boulevard or lane, so ask your City first. If a permit applies, share the dates and we will time delivery.

Leave batteries, electronics, propane tanks, paint, solvents, pharmaceuticals and asbestos out of the junk bin. Asbestos is never permitted in any Trash King bin. Search Metro Vancouver Recycles or call 604-732-9253 if you are unsure.

Read the standing limits on our disposal bins and what not to put in a bin pages.
