Dismantled metal shelving uprights stacked in a garage

Garage shelving comes apart into metal and particleboard. Send the metal to scrap and the board to a junk bin.

Wire, wood and boltless metal shelving

Particleboard shelf decks beside a bag of bolts

Shelving breaks down into wire grids, particleboard decks and metal uprights. The metal goes to scrap. Particleboard is junk.

Bag bolts and clips so the scrap stays clean. Empty plastic totes go to recycling only where accepted.

Whole garage resets

Shelving plus other garage junk often needs a 20-yard bin. Paint and aerosols go to a Product Care depot.

When a bin fits

You handle the loading, and we handle delivery and the haul away. We usually start people on the 20-yard junk bin. We also have a 15-yard bin, but it is often sold out, so ask when you book.

You do not need a permit for a bin on your driveway or yard. Some cities do need a permit for the street, boulevard or lane, so ask your City before booking. If you get dates, we will match delivery to them.

Do not load batteries, electronics, propane tanks, paint, solvents, pharmaceuticals or asbestos into a junk bin. Asbestos is never permitted in any Trash King bin. Search Metro Vancouver Recycles or call 604-732-9253 if you are unsure.

Our disposal bins and what not to put in a bin pages cover the standing limits.
